またまたイベントの紹介・・・！Another event post...!!

いま、ちまたはハローウィンムード満載ですね・・！

ハローウィンといえば西洋のイベントなイメージが強いよね。
コスプレしたり、いろんな国の人が集まってパーティーしたり！！
When we(Japanese) hear about Halloween, we imagine that it's like a western cultural event or something...people who are from not only Japan but other countries gather up at a bar or somewhere with their favorite costumes on and partying, partying, partying...!!

ハローウィンのバックグラウンド自体はないけど、ハローウィンにちなんでパーティーすることは日本でもかなりポピュラーになってきている！
In Japan we don't have Halloween background but nowadays it's getting popular to have a Halloween party here!!!

そこで！ So!!!

インターナショナルチャーチである、ジーザスライフハウスのユースチームが
ハローウィンパーティーを企画しちゃいます☆☆
Jesus Lifehouse Youth Team is going to throw a Halloween Party too!!!

International Halloween Dinner Party!!!

インターナショナルディナーパーティーと題するだけあって、いろんな国の人が集まります！
As it is called a INTERNATIONAL PARTY, there will be lots of people around the world as well as Japanese!!!

英語を話したいあなたも、英語圏の友達がほしいあなたも、インターナショナルな楽しい雰囲気を楽しみたいあなたも！！
If you want to enjoy the international atmosphere or speak English/Japanese or make new friends....

このパーティーはそんなあなたのためのパーティーです！！！
This party is for YOU!!!!

There will be no charge expect what you will eat for your dinner. The cheepest dishes will be dumpings for 105yen, very reasonable!!!!

コスチュームは必須ではないけど、ぜひ着たい！って思う人は着てきてね☆
You don't have to wear costume, but you can if you want : )

※ このイベントは１８～２５歳限定のイベントです！大人のみなさん、ごめんね！！
This event is for the age 18 - 25years old, as it's a youth event. Sorry others!!!!

PURE Conference 2009!! ピュアカンファレンス2009！

きたる１１月３日（祝・火）、文化の日には今年もコレがやってきます！！
November 3rd, Culture Day in Japan. This year the following exciting event's coming up!!!

ピュアカンファレンス！PURE Conference!!!!

これはジーザスライフハウスが主催し、年に１～２回行われる女性のためのデイ・カンファレンスです！２年半くらい前から行われているんだけど、毎回どんどん大きくなって盛り上がっていってます！
PURE Conference is a day conference for women hosted by Jesus Lifehouse, and held once or twice a year. It's started about 2 and half years ago and it just getting bigger and more exciting every time!!!

普段のチャーチとはまた別に女性だけで集まって、メッセージを聞いたりワーシップしたり祈りあったりします（＾＾）
JLH主任牧師のビブさんをはじめとして、キラキラ輝く女性リーダーたちからいろんなお話が聞けるチャンスです☆
It's a different meeting from Sunday church services. Women meet up and worship together and pray for each other. And we have opportunity to get to hear awesome messages :)

God made all of women as beautiful daughters of God. We women have reason to be born as women, have purpose to live life as women. Our true value as women, to grow as strong Christian leaders, about relationships - you'll get lots of wisdom and encouragement!

We have Coaching Course at BIG WEDNESDAY every week!!!

コーチングコースといって、チャーチでリーダーとして成長していきたいと思っている人のためのセッションです！ジーザスライフハウスのDNAや、クリスチャンとして成長していくカギがつまってます！まだクリスチャンでない人でも、興味がある人なら全然参加オッケーです！
It's called Coaching Course, which is a session for those who want to grow as a leader in JLH. You will receive lots of keys to grow as Christians, and our church DNA!! Even if you are not Christian yet, you can still come!!!

Princess Lunch ☆ プリンセスランチ

ジーザスライフハウスの女性のためのミニストリー、ジーザスライフハウスウィメンでは月に１回、女性のためのエキサイティングで楽しいイベントを企画しています♪
We have ministry for women, called Jesus Lifehouse Women organizes fun, exciting event every month!!

１０月のイベントは先週行われました！今回のテーマは「みんなでリラックスランチ」♪お茶の水にあるオーガニックの食べ放題レストラン、「あけびの実」に行って来たよ（＾＾）ﾉ

We just had one for October, the theme was "relaxing lunch with all together" ; ) We went to a organic buffet restaurant in Ochanomizu, called "Akebi no mi "

約３０人もの美しい女性たちが集まりました☆☆
Nearly 30 beautiful ladies gathered for this event : )

このお店、混んでいなければ基本的に無制限で食べ放題が楽しめるらしい♪混んでいたとしても、９０分は保障されているからお腹いっぱい食べる時間は十分あるよ～！
This restaurant basically doesn't set time limit unless the place gets clouded so you can enjoy your time without lashing! Even if the restaurant's busy, you will still have 90 mins to get satisfied!!(That's actually enough long, isn't it?)

基本的に和食の食べ放題で、煮物・焼き物・揚げ物で合計３０品目以上がそろっていた！その他デザートや飲み物も何種類もあって、女性にはたまらない品揃えだったよ☆
They have traditional Japanese foods and it's all you can eat. There are more than 30 different kinds of meals!! They had sweets and soft drinks and coffee too!!

今回はお店が混んでいたのと、イベントということもあったので、時間を決めてお食事をしました！その後はそのイベントで仲良くなった子同士でお茶にいったり、ジーザスライフハウスの土曜日の礼拝に来てた子もいたよ！
Since the restaurant was quite clouded and it's official event we set the time to eat and still we fully enjoyed foods, atmosphere, chatting, and everything!!! After lunch, some people went out for a tea with their new friends and some came to JLH Saturday night re:Mix  : )

多くの女性にとって食べることとおしゃべりすることは最高に至福のときだと思う！おいしい食べ物と最高の友達がそろうと、時間も忘れてその空間を楽しめちゃうよね（＾＾）
For women, it is our one of the most favorite time to eat or chatting with friends. When we go out with our friends and get something delicious....we forget our time and just enjoy the moment!!!

ジーザスライフハウスウィメンのイベントのよいところは、世代も国籍も超えていろんな人と友達になれるとこ！もしひとりでイベントに来たとしても、周りはみんなフレンドリーな子ばっかりだから帰るころにはたっくさん友達ができてるよ！しかもみんな超ポジティブだから、イベントに来るだけで自然と元気をもらえる☆
We love Jesus Lifehouse Women's event because we can meet new people beyond the nationality and generation!! Even if you come to our event alone, you'll never get lonely and eventually get lots of new friends! They are so friendly and so positive so I'm sure you'll receive some power/energy though the atmosphere!!

来月はクリスチャン向けだけど、女性のためのカンファレンス（詳細はあとでお知らせするね！）、１２月は男女混合でクリスマスイベントを企画してます！年末にかけてもジーザスライフハウスウィメンから目が離せないよ！！
Next month we will have conference for Christians (details will be announced soon!!!), and in December, we are planning to have special Christmas event (boys and girls combined)!!! You don't wanna miss out those!

BEAUTIFUL WEDDING!!!

１０月１２日、祝日の月曜日。チャーチの友達のゆみとスティーブンの結婚式があった！
October 12th, Monday. It's Steven and Yumi's Wedding day!!!!

先週の台風とは打って変わっての、最高の天気！神様が二人の新しいスタートを一番にお祝いしてくれているのを感じた！！
We had typhoon last week but the weather was so perfect on the wedding day!!!! I felt that God's first celebrating their new start : )

オーストラリア人のスティーブンと日本人のゆみは、約２年半前にジーザスライフハウスで出会った。お互いに少しずつ惹かれあい、２００７年の９月から付き合い始めて今年の１月に婚約。そしてこの日、神様の前で永遠の愛を誓ったよ☆
Steven is born and raised in Australia and Yumi was born and has spent most of her life in Japan. They met in Jesus Lifehouse, about 2 and a half year ago. They started dating since September 2007 and were engaged this January. And finally they promised the eternal love towards each other on this day.

クリスチャンの結婚式って、本当に最高（＾＾）すんごくあったかくて、愛に満ち溢れてる。神様がすぐそこにいてくれてるんだって肌で感じることができる・・・☆
Christian wedding is so beautiful!!!! So warm and full of love...We can feel that God's with us....: )

ゆみの元同級生や元同僚の人たちもたくさんかけつけてくれていたけれど、「こんなにキレイであったかい結婚式は今まで参加したことない！！」って言ってた！
I saw some of Yumi's ex classmates and cowokers, and heard they all are saying "We've never seen such a warm, peaceful, beautiful wedding before!!!!!"

いまの世の中では、結婚前にセックスしたり同棲するのもありだと思われている。お互いが望んでいるなら、何をためらう必要があるの？って思っている人たちは多いと思う。
In the world, it is said that having sex before marriage is okay. Some couples start living together even before they get married. Many people might think "Why not? because we love each other and they both are willing to do this!"

しかし現実として、その結果、結婚後にセックスレスになる夫婦がとても多いという。夫が妻に対して女性としての魅力を感じなくなってしまい、不倫したり妻以外の女性と性的関係になる男性がたくさんいる。妻も同様に、刺激を求めて結婚外の性的関係を求めるようになるという。
As a result, lot of husbands and wives stop having sex a few years after they get married. Husbands are not attracted by her wive anymore, and start seeking love outside of marriage. Same things' happening to the wives as well, sadly. 

また男性は家族を養うために仕事に追われ、女性は子育てで自分の時間を失う。幸せになるはずの結婚生活が人生の終着地点のように感じる人も少なくないそうだ。
Also husbands never come back home early coz they work hard to earn more money, and wives have no free time once they have kids. They thought marriage lives will be happily ever after, but actually lots of them feel that they already ended their lives as they are married.

私たちのチャーチで伝えているのは、結婚はゴールではないっていうこと。
However, you'll hear at church that Wedding is not our goal.

結婚は自分のパートナーとの新しい旅の始まる日。神様が用意してくれたパートナーと最高のスタートを切るために、独身時代に自分たちの心と体を守り、ピュアでい続けることを選択する。それはクリスチャンは、神様が私たち一人ひとりのために最高の結婚生活を用意してくれていて、その時のために自分自身を清く保っておくことにすごく価値があるって信じているから。
It is a START of the new journey with our partners. We choose to stay clean and pure physically and spiritually while we are singles, because we believe that God has prepared that the BEST marriage life for each one of us, and it is worth to keep ourselves clean until the day to come.

私自身はまだシングルで、実際の結婚生活を送っているわけではない。けど、周りの幸せいっぱいなクリスチャンのカップルを見ると、クリスチャンの結婚っていいな～～って思える！みんな口をそろえて言うのが、「楽しいことばかりじゃないし、大変なこともある。でも神様が真ん中にいてくれるから一緒に乗り越えられる」っていう。「なにがあっても互いを離れない、お互いの為だけに自分を清く保つ」結婚式で交わす誓いがあるからこそ、クリスチャンのカップルは最高の結婚生活を送っているんだね（＾＾）
I'm still single and I have no idea what the real marriage life is like, but I always receive vision as I see the Christian couples who are so in love each other and make me wanna get married! All the married couple say, "It's not always easy, and there's tough time sometimes. But because we have God between us, we can overcome any difficulties together." I think Christian married couples have great marriage lives, because they are so obedient against the vow that they did at the wedding and keep it all the time.   

もし恋愛や結婚に対してポジティブなイメージがもてない！って思ってたら、ぜひ一度チャーチに足を運んでみてほしい。チャーチには最高の結婚生活を送っている模範のカップルがたくさんいるよ！！
If you can't have the positive image of  your relationship or marriage life, why don't you come and visit church once!!! You'll meet lots of couples who's having the best marriage life and you'll be encouraged!!!

これからは二人で神様の用意してくれる道を歩いていくスティーブンとゆみ。最高にエキサイティングで、希望に満ち溢れた未来が待っているね！！！
Steven and Yumi have just started walking the path that God's prepared together...They'll have a super exciting journey for the future with full of hope!!!!

みことば配信！Get the words of God on your mobile!!

みんなはジーザスライフハウスから送られてくる、御言葉配信ってご存知ですか？！

これは週に２回ほど、ランダムに聖書の言葉がみんなの携帯に送られてくるんだ！
私もずっと利用してるんだけど、これすごくいいよ！！！

クリスチャンは普段から聖書を読む習慣があるけど、こうして誰かが選んだみことばが、自分の予期しないタイミングで送られてくるのもまたいい。聖書＝神様からのメッセージだから、まさに、ケータイに届くラブレター☆って感じなんだよね！

例えばこんな感じ。

Title: Matthew 21:22
Message:
「あなたがたが信じて祈り求めるものなら、何でも与えられます。」（マタイ21章22節）
If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer. (Matthew 21:22)

Title: Romans 12:9
Message:
「ただ見せかけだけで人を愛してはいけません。真心から愛しなさい。悪いことを憎み、良いことには味方しなさい。」（ローマ１２章９節）
Don't just pretend to love others. Really love them. Hate what is wrong. Hold tightly to what is good. (Romans 12:9)

送られてくる言葉がちょうどそのときの自分にタイムリーで、励まされたり、自分の行いを見直すきっかけにもなってる。

JLHストリートバンド！JLH STREET BAND!!

毎週月曜日と木曜日の夜、ジーザスライフハウスのチームがストリートバンドをやってます！
On every Monday night and Thursday night, we have street band by Jesus Lifehouse Street team!!!

これはうちのチャーチを街の人たちに知ってもらおうとはじめたんだ！チャーチで歌ってる音楽を演奏しながら毎週いろんな人たちに出会ってるよ！
We started Street band long time ago, to let people in the city know what our church is like. We meet lots of people every week playing the music that we use at church!

とはいっても、宗教の勧誘活動とは違うから無理に誘ったりしない。興味を持ってくれた人たちにチャーチのこと紹介してるよ！ちなみにクリスチャンライフは宗教ではなくて、リレーションシップ！神様と人々の関係です。
It's not like inviting people to become a part of "religious activities", because we only invite those who are interested. Christian life is not a religion, but a relationship with God and people!!

普段クリスチャンやチャーチと接点がない人たちはストリートバンドのメンバーに会って
When people who don't have any connections with Christians or Church meet our Street band they say,

「この人たちみんなクリスチャンなんですか！」
"WOW, are they all Christians!!?"

「チャーチってこういう音楽やってるんですか！」
"You play this kind of music!! I never expected that!!"

って驚く（笑）。でもオープンな人も多くて、チャーチに興味を持って来てくれる人もいるよ！
But actually lots of people are so open and some of them come to church eventually!!!

あとストリートバンドでいいな～って思うのが、自由で楽しい雰囲気かな！きっと街行く人も感じてくれてると思う！

ストリートバンドチームとして参加する側も、普段の生活では出会えないような人たちと会えてすごく楽しんでるよ！
We always enjoy our time to meet our new friends who we usually don't meet in our daily lives.

渋谷・新宿・池袋など、毎週月曜と木曜、どこかしらの駅前で、ワイワイしながら楽しい時間を過ごしてます！
Every Mondays and Thursdays night, we are having great time with great friends in some places such as Shibuya, Shinjuku or Ikebukuro.

Chinese Lunch in Yokohama! 横浜でのランチイベント！

先週のシルバーウィークの最終日、ジーザスライフハウスのイベントチーム主催の横浜中華街ランチイベントがありました！
Last Wednesday, the last day of the Silver week, we had Lunch event at Yokohama China Town hosted by Jesus Lifehouse event team!

これはチャーチの人やまだチャーチに来たことのない人たちが集まって、みんなでワイワイしながらおいしい中華を食べたり、横浜を最高に満喫するためのイベント。
This event was for people who have attends church, who are new to church or have never been to church before. We met up in Yokohama and enjoyed great Chinese food and nice Yokohama view together!!

中華食べ放題！All we can eat Chinese!!

大体１００人くらいの人が集まったらしい！！貸切のレストランが人でいっぱいになったよ！！！
They said that there were nearly 100people came! The restaurant was so packed!!!

普段チャーチでもあんまり話さない人や、初めて会う人たちとゆっくりと時間を過ごせて超よかった！料理も余るくらいにあって、みんなお腹いっぱいになるまで食べれたようでそれもよかった！！
It was so great to talk to people who I have never seen or who I usually don't talk with. It was good that we had enough food, seemed we are all satisfied :)

２時間のビュッフェはあっという間に終わって、その後はみんなで次の場所で大移動♪
Felt like 2hours buffet's gone in a moment. After we enjoyed great food and meeting new people, we moved to the next place :)

とは行っても決まった予定はなかったので、近くにある山下公園に行った人もいれば、美術館に行った人もいた！横浜はお楽しみスポットがたくさんあるから、結局夜遅くまでいた人が結構多かったみたい（＾＾）
But actually we didn't really have any plans so we kind of separated into some groups: some people went to Yamashita Park, and some went to the museum. Yokohama has a lot of place to see around, so lots of people stayed there til late.

こうやってみんなで楽しく時間を過ごせることがすごく幸せだなって思う。人間関係って、私たちが生活していく上すっごく大切だからね☆シングルでいる時間を最高に楽しめるのも、神様が与えてくれた最高の友達のおかげ☆
I'm really blessed to spend my time with such a wonderful friends. Friends are my treasure for we can't live life without relationships. I'm enjoying my single life because God gave me so many good friends around me!!

同じ時間を共有してくれたみんな、本当にありがとう（＾＾）

ちなみに、他にもありがとうを伝えたい人たちがいます！それはこのイベントを成功させるべくがんばってくれた、イベント企画チーム「JLHアクション」のみんな！
And I have another group to thank to: is JLH Action, the event organizing team for this Yokohama event!

ジーザスライフハウスには世代やステータスに合わせて様々なチームがイベントの企画をしているけど、実はJLHアクションはこの日のためだけに特別に発足したチームなんだ！
There's lots of teams in JLH and they organize events in their area. JLH Action is the special team for this event only!

総勢で、３０人近い人が何かしらの形で企画・運営に関わってたんだって！しかも、そのほとんどが普段こういったイベントオーガナイズに携わることのない人ばかり。みんなこの日のイベントを最高のものにするために事前に打ち合わせを重ねたり、当日もみんなよりも早く来て準備してくれてたんだ！
I heard that there were about 30people helped out in the team: and most of them haven't really involved in organizing this kind of official events. They had meeting beforehand, and gathered up earlier than others on the day.

ネームタグチーム！　name tag team!

イベントオーガナイズをしていると、何かと集中してなきゃいけなかったり、それぞれの役割で忙しかったりする。それでもみんなが心からこのイベントと自分たちに与えられた役割を楽しんでやってる姿に心が打たれた！
When you are organizing events, you will easily get busy. And you often need to concentrate on if the event's running without any problems. But I saw the team serving with full of joy and really enjoying their job. I was touched!!

7years of life! ７年間のライフ

みなさん！！しばらくブログがご無沙汰になっててごめんなさい！！！

前回更新したのが９月の初めだったんだけど、もう１０月になろうとしてる！時間が経つのはめっちゃ早いね！（っていつも言ってる気がする（笑））日本ではシルバーウィークが終わったばかりだけど、みんなはいい連休を過ごせたかな（＾＾）？

前回のブログで書いたように、今月の初めにはジーザスライフハウスの７周年をお祝いしたんだ！

毎年この時期にはジーザスライフハウスのバースデーがあるんだけど、今年はさらに特別なお祝いだったと思う。

「７」という数字。これには特別な意味があるんだ。

まず「７」とは「休息」を意味する。

一週間は７日ある。これは、神様が６日かけてこの地球を作り、７日目に休息したことから区切りができてる。

また「７」は完全を表す数字で、何かが完結して、何かが新たにスタートする、という意味がある。

まさに、７年目に突入したジーザスライフハウスはこれまでのシーズン１が終わって、新しい時期、シーズン２が始まっている！

これからの新しいシーズン、神様が今の私たちには想像がつかないくらいすごい未来を用意してるって確信がある。今まで以上の祝福が私たちを待ってるよ！

さらにエキサイティングな毎日が待ってるよ！めっちゃ期待していこうね♪

ジーザスライフハウスバースデー２００９！Jesus Lifehouse Anniversary 2009!!!!

２００９年ももう９月！時が経つのはめっちゃはやいね！！！！
Hello!!!! How are you?! It's already September.......time flies!!!!!

先月から新しい仕事が始まって、ニューシーズンを向かえてます！
I just started new job since last month, and I'm getting into a new season!

チャーチ全体でもこの９月から年末にかけては大きな成長の期間！！神様がさらにすごいことを見せてくれるって確信してる。
In our church, from September to the end of the month is our term of growth. I believe that God will show us something bigger than we've seen now!!

今週末、土曜日と日曜日に７周年のお祝いを盛大に行います！！！！
This weekend, we are going to celebrate our 7th anniversary!!!!!

ジーザスライフハウスは今年で７年目。２００２年８月にロドさん一家と１０人のオーストラリア人の若者と２人の日本人のカップルでスタートした。今や毎週９００人近い人が東京の真ん中に集まってる！
Jesus Lifehouse has started in August, 2002. Ps Rod and his family came to Japan with 10 young Australian team and a Japanese couple. Now we have nearly 900people everyweek!!!!

どんな場所かっていうと、雑誌にも取り上げられるくらい、いま東京で最もホットで楽しい場所なんです！！！！
It's like, FUN and the HOTTEST and place to be in all over Tokyo! Even Japanese magazine came to us to ask why we have so many young people constantly.

まず、５日の土曜日には、普段水曜礼拝をやっているお茶の水クリスチャンセンターでバースデー日本語礼拝をやります！
First, 5th, Saturday. We will have special Saturday night re:mix at Ochanomizu Christian Center, where we have Big Wednesday!!!!!!! It's going to be Japanese Service!!!!

８月にもやった日本語礼拝は今回で２回目！ここでもジーザスライフハウスバンドの最高の賛美のほか、ダンスパフォーマンスやとあるクリスチャンの人がどの ようにして神様に出会ったのかの証、そしてスペシャルメッセージがあります！ワーシップはバイリンガルでやるけど、その他はすべて日本語オンリーでやりま す！！！
We had our very first Japanese service in August! So this is our second Japanese service!!! We will have great worship by Jesus Lifehouse band, dance performance, and testimony!!! Worship will be stay bilingual, but the rest will be all in Japanse!!!!

６日の日曜日はジーザスライフハウスバンドの最高のワーシップ、ビデオプレゼンテーションやダンスパフォーマンス、そしてブラックゴスペルのパフォーマンスもあります！
On Sunday, we will have Worship lead by Jesus Lifehouse band, video presentation and dance performance, and also have black gospel!!!

場所は去年クリスマス礼拝を行った、お茶の水にある全電通会館にて！
At Zendentsu Kaikan in Ochanomizu, where we had Chrismas service last year!!!!!
