今日、２９日と３０日は、ジーザスライフハウスカンファレンス２００９があります！
Today and tomorrow (29th and 30th) we have JESUS LIFEHOUSE CONFERENCE 2009!!!!

テーマは「ネクストレベル」。今まで見たことないような新しい日本の教会の姿が見れます！

大成功！Mission Complete!!

２３日は私のハウスメイトのひとりの誕生日でした！

いま私はオーストラリア人とニュージーランド人を含む計６人で一軒家をシェアしてます☆
年も生まれ故郷もばらばらだけど、同じ家で暮らす私たちは家族も同然。（というか、家族☆）

大事な家族のお祝いは、特別なものにしたい！そんな気持ちでサプライズバースデーを企画しました！

みんなのアイディアで！

バースディガールの帰りを待つ。。

すごくワクワクしながら相手がどんな反応するのかを想像しながらミッション達成に向け私たちはがんばった！（笑）

忙しいバースディガールの帰宅予定は、深夜の１時。

待とうか、あきらめるべきか。

睡魔と疲れから、悩みながらも、やっぱり彼女の喜ぶ顔がみたい！！その思いで待ち続けた！

待つことしばらく。ついに本人帰宅。

そして、、、サプラ～イズ！

この瞬間の本人の驚きと喜びが混じった笑顔がたまらないんだ～～！

ミッション大成功！！！！

愛情たっぷり手作りケーキです♪

忙しい彼女とは普段なかなか時間を過ごすことができないから、
この真夜中のティータイムはものすごく貴重な時間になったよ☆

他の人とのシェア生活を通して、日々すごくたくさんのこと学んでる。

その中でも最近は、同じ時間を共有することの大切さを学んだ。

近くにいる存在ほど「わざわざ時間作って会話しなくても気持ちが伝わるだろう」と思いがち。
しかしそれは違うんだってことに気がついた。

たとえ一緒に住んでいても、すれ違いの毎日で会話がなかったり同じ時間を共有していないと心が自然と離れていってしまう。

すれ違い生活から誤解が生まれてしまうこともある。

努力してでも時間を作って、一緒に何かをしたりただ会話をする時間が必要だと実感した。

お互いをもっとよく知り、よりよい関係を築いていくためにね。

これってきっと結婚してからも言えることなんだろうね。

そして次のバースデーガールのために何をしてあげようか今から考え中です♪

勢いはとまらない☆

毎週たくさんの人が来て盛り上がっている最高のチャーチ、ジーザスライフハウス！

イースターの時にはなんと、土日合わせて９００人近くの人が参加したんだって！！！

新しい人も約８０人くらいいたらしい☆

健康なものは育つ、と言われるように、私たちのチャーチは健全なハートをもった素晴らしい人々が集まって、お互いによい影響を与えあって常に成長し続けています！

毎週土曜と日曜は溜池山王にある自転車会館で、
水曜日はお茶の水にあるお茶の水クリスチャンセンターってところでやってます！

（ちなみに今度の土曜、２５日に限っては
ビッグウエンズデーをやってるお茶の水クリスチャンセンターで行います！）

チャーチって世代を超えていろんな人に会えるし、しかもジーザスライフハウスはインターナショナルチャーチだから国籍を超えて友達が作れる！！！

また英語を勉強してる人、またこれから始めたい人にとっても最高の環境です！
（実際私もこのチャーチに通い始めて英語力がグンとアップしたよ♪）

ダイエット－その後 Diet - after a week

先週から本格的に始動したダイエット計画。 I've started dieting since last week.

 

結果は１日にして現れずを心に刻み、大きなビジョンを持ち地道に続けていくことを決意してはや１週間。
"There is no short cuts" I keep this in my mind, and take a step by step with a BIG vision. And 7days has past...

なんと、早速結果が見え始めました！ I've got some consequences already!!!

体重－２Kg。　2Kg of weight loss.

よいすべりだしだと思う！目標体重がにはまだまだ先が長いけど、これからがたのしみ！
I think this is good number as the first week of dieting.

長期的なダイエットと考えて、少しずつ地道にやっていこうと思った。まず今週はとにかく食べるものと量、時間にも気をつけてみた！

－ここ一週間で行ったことは、 What I did for the week was

• 朝、昼に食べる量を増やして夜は軽めにする。（カロリーの高いもの、脂っこいものは夜を避ける）
  Eat mainly at breakfast and lunch, light meal for dinner (avoid high calorie or fattening foods)
• 夜には炭水化物を取らない、どうしても食べたい場合はおかず（特に野菜）をメインにし、ものすごく減らす。
  No carbohydrates at night. When I really wanted to have some, I prioritized side dishes(especially veges) and reduce the amount of carbohydrates.
• 全体的に野菜をメインにした食事（自炊）。その中で肉や魚も適当に取り入れる。間食をなるべくしない。糖分を摂取しすぎない（特に夜）。
  Meal based on veges. Home-cooking. Sometimes ate some meats and fishes. Cut snacks as much as possible. Don't take sugar too much (especially at night)
• ウォーキング１５分×２（家－駅までの往復）
  Walking for 15min x 2 (my house - station)

ちなみに前回紹介したダニエルズ　ダイエットの本には、１０日間の食事コントロールの方法だけでなく健康的に減量をするためのたくさんの情報が載っています。
In the book "Daniel's Diet", which I introduced last time has a lot of useful informations for weight loss, not only the way for "the 10 day detox". 

すごく参考になる話が満載なので、今週読んでいた箇所を簡単に紹介するね。
I think this book is very helpful. I'll introduce you some part that I've read this week.

<<Seven Secrets To Losing Weight　体重を減らす為の７つの秘密>>

1. Eat a diet low in sugar and refined carbohydrate and increase good quality protein
　 糖分、炭水化物を控えめにし、プロテインを多めに摂取するようにする。

Carbohydrates and stored fat are the energy systems that nature has provided to us. If you eat less carbohydrate than you require for energy, then your stored fat is burned to provide your body's energy requirements. That means you should lose weight.
体を燃やすために必要なのは炭水化物または体内脂肪。炭水化物を控えめにすれば体は必要なエネルギーを体内脂肪を使って燃やすようになり、結果体重減少へとつながる。

Keep in mind to diet sugar. High amounts of glucose will cause the release of high amounts of insulin, encouraging your body to store carbohydrates as fat and stop fat being used as energy (therefore increasing weight gain)
また、糖分も食事コントロールにはかなり重要。糖分は体に吸収されるとグルコースへと変化し、多量のグルコースはインシュリンの分泌を促し、炭水化物を脂肪として蓄積し脂肪をエネルギーとして正しく消費しなくなってしまう（それゆえに体重増加が起こってしまう）。

Protein is allowed on this diet. It is found in nuts and beans, and etc.
また、プロテインはしっかり摂取してよしとされていて、豆、ナッツ類によく含まれている。

2. Drink 2 litters of water a day.　１日２リットルの水を飲む

The average body loses about 2 litters of water each day through normal elimination and perspiration/evaporation. This must be replenished daily. (This means water only, not counting your cups of tea or juices.)
平均的な人の体は排泄・汗・蒸発を通して１日に約２リットルの水を失うといわれている。これらは日常的に補充されなければならない。（水のみ、お茶やジュースは含まれない）

3. Maintain regular bowel movements.　きちんとした腸内運動を保てるようにする

This should be approximately two eliminations per day.
１日に２回（平均的に）は排泄が必要。　

4. Don't eat late at night.　夜遅くに食べない

An evening meal should be light on the stomach and containing no carbohydrates. Avoid late evening snacks. If you do have to eat late make sure it's non-fattening foods and definitely not a carbohydrate or sugar.
晩ごはんは軽めにし、炭水化物を摂取しないようにする。夜中の間食を防ぐ。もし夜遅い時間に食べなければならないなら、脂肪を含まないものを食べるようにし、炭水化物と糖分は絶対に摂らないこと。

5. Don't overeat　食べ過ぎない

The original reason for weight gain is still valid. If more food is eaten than burned off, you have to gain weight - it's a physical and mathematical law.
食べすぎは体重増加の根本的な理由。もし体内で燃やされている以上の食べ物を摂取したら、体内に蓄えられて体重増加するのも当然なこと。

6. Exercise.　エクササイズ（運動）

There are no short cuts.　減量に近道はない。

Get in the habit regularly and enjoy! If you exercise before a meal this will give your body the opportunity to burn the stored fat as well and help you lose weight.
習慣的に体を動かす癖をつけ、それを楽しもう！食事前の運動は蓄積された脂肪を燃やす機会を体に与え、また減量にも効果がある。

7. Learn to say "no" to temptation and "stop" when feeling full.
　誘惑に対し「ノー」ということ、お腹がいっぱいになったら「止める」ことを覚える

この７つ、ダイエット方法としてよく聞くよね！それだけ基本中の基本らしい！それになんと驚くくらいにシンプル！！
I heard of this plan often!!! Seems very basic. And it's so simple!!! 

そうはいってもうまくいかないのは、実際に行動に移すこととそれを継続することが難しいと感じてるからかも。だから、ダイエットを成功させるためにはまずひとつひとつの小さな行いを習慣化させることが必要なんだろうね。
But I also know that even this easy basic way is not always easy to start or to make it to the habit. So I think that whether I can make even a little thing to my habit will be the key for my success of dieting.

聖書には小さな単純なことを忠実に成し遂げる人は大きなことでも成功する書かれている。だから、ちょっとしたことも妥協せずに地道にがんばっていこうと思う！！
In the Bible it is written that people who try their best in the small thing will also succeed in the big project. So I want to try my best to the everything that I can do!!!

It's consists of 11songs that are sung at Jesus Lifehouse.

前回のアルバムとの違いは収録されている歌詞が日本語のみなのと、スタジオレコーディングバージョンということ。
The difference between the last one and the new one is whether it's billingual (English and Japanese) or only Japanese. The latest one is sung in only Japanese. Also, the first album was the live recording version, but this one is studio recording version.

前回のは2007年のイースター礼拝で実際に演奏された音源がＣＤ化されたものなんだ！そのときの製作は業者の人にレコーディング～マスタリングまで全てをお願いしたのだけど、今回はプロのミュージシャンの陽一さん（プレイヤーとしてステージに立つだけでなく、作曲、音源のレコーディング～マスタリングまでこなしてしまう素晴らしい才能をもった人です！）、ＪＬＨのワーシップリーダーのえみさんがリードし完全にＪＬＨメンバーのみで作業に携わりました！（私もほんの少しだけお手伝いさせてもらいました！）

Last time we recorded at Easter Service 2007!!! At that time we offered to professionals for recording ～ mastering, but this time all the work has done by Yoichi, who is a member of JLH worship team and work as a professional musician (he is also talented as a composer and a sound engineer), and Emi, the worship leader of JLH Tokyo!!(I also could be a part of production as a recording assistant, just a little bit though!)

ヒルソングオリジナルバージョンとも普段のチャーチでのライブバージョンとも違ったサウンドがすごく新鮮！
I felt so new when I listened to it for the first time, because its sound is very different from Hillsong's original one or JLH live version.

そしてとにかくカッコイイ！！ And it's REALLY COOL!!!!

EASTER WEEKEND!!!!!

昨日、日曜日はイースターでした！　Yesterday was Easter Sunday!!!!

ジーザスライフハウスではイースタースペシャルサービスがあって、もうこれ以上人が入らないよっ！！！っていうくらいにたくさんの人が来てくれました！
Jesus Lifehouse had Easter Special Service on the weekend!!! The hall is PACKED!!! So many people came to the each service :)

スキットも、ミュージックも、メッセージも、全部最高によかった！！！！
ホールの中が愛と喜びで満たされてて、すごく幸せな気分になれた！

Skit, music, message....everything was AWESOME!!!! The hall was filled with love and joy, I felt so happy :) (I'll put some photos maybe later!)

以前のブログでも紹介したのだけど、イースターとは、イエス・キリストの復活を祝うお祭り！！
クリスマスよりも、恋人ができた日よりも、１年でいちばんめでたい日！
As I wrote about Easter the other day, Easter is the celebration for Jesus Christ's resurrection!!!. It's the happiest day in the year!!! More than Christmas, more than the day you get your boyfriend/girlfriend!!

この日は世界中でイエスの復活をお祝いするんだ！！
We celebrate Jesus' resurrection all over the world on the Easter Sunday!!!!

とはいえ、日本は仏教国だし、日本とイエス・キリストにどう関係があるのか？と思う人もいるかもしれない。
However, you might think how is Japan related to Jesus Christ, since Japan is Buddhist country.

しかし歴史の授業で習うように、１５４９年にはフランシスコ・ザビエルが宣教師として日本に福音を伝え、多くの人がキリストの教えを信じるようになった。
As we learn at Japanese history, Francisco Xavier arrived in Japan as a missionary and shared God's gospel to Japanese. And many people believed in Christian teaching.

キリストの教えがのちに豊臣秀吉の政策や徳川幕府に大きな影響を与えたことは紛れもない事実なのである。
It is true that Christianity made a big impact to the Japanese politics.

約２０００年前、イエス・キリストは神の子としてこの地上に生まれて、私たちが犯した罪を帳消しにし、私たちを罪から解放するためにその罪を背負って死んだ。
About 2000years ago, Jesus Christ died on the cross to let us free from our sins.

罪というのは、神様やほかの人、自分自身に対しての間違った思い、言動、行動のことを指すんだ。
Sin means any wrong thoughts, words, or actions against God, others or ourselves.

だから単純に殺人・窃盗など刑法に関わるような”罪”のことだけを指しているんじゃなく、
人の心を傷つけるような発言や、自分に対する自信のなさ、間違った価値観も聖書で言う「罪」にあたる。
So sin doesn't just mean the criminal sins such as murder or theft, but also means any words that make people hurt, or insecurity, or holding wrong values.

これらは神様が私たちに用意してくれている最高の人生から私たちを遠ざけてしまう。
Those sins let us far away from the best life that God's planed for us.

神様は日本人を含め、私たち世界中の人のことを心から愛しているし、私たちの正しい価値、本当の生きる意味を知ってほしいと思っている。だからイエスキリストをこの世に与えてくれたんだ！
God loves all the people in the world, of course including Japanese, and want you to know your true value, and the real meaning of your life. That's the reason He gave his son, Jesus Christ to this world!!!

「実に神は、ひとり子さえ惜しまず与えるほどに、世を愛してくださった。それは、神の御子を信じる者が、だれ一人滅びず、永遠のいのちを得るためです。」

(John 3:16)
"For God so loved the world that he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life."

イエスが私たちの抱える全ての罪を背負って十字架にかけられたとき、私たちの罪は洗い流された。
When Jesus crucified on the cross with all our sins, our sins are washed away. 

これを私たちが信じるとき、私たちは自由になって、神様の永遠につきない無条件の愛を受け取ることができるんだ！
As we believe this, we set free and will receive God's eternal, unconditional love!!

もう自分の進むべき道にも迷うことがない。
And we will no longer lose our way.

もしこの世に生まれてきた目的を知りたかったら、
If you want to know the purpose of your life

自分の本当の価値を知りたかったら、
If you want to know your true value

自分自身や周りに対するネガティブな思いから開放されたかったら、
If you want to be released from any negative thoughts for your surroundings or yourself

真の自由を手に入れたかったら
If you want to get the true freedom

永遠に失うことのない愛を得たかったら、
If you want receive eternal love

神様を自分の心の中に受け入れてほしい！！
Receive God into your heart!!!

GOD'S GREAT WORK 神様の素晴らしい作品☆

いま、東京は桜のシーズンです☆　Tokyo is in SAKURA(Cherry blossom) season now :)

私の家の近くも、こんなにキレイに桜がさいています♪
We have such a beautiful cherry blossoms near my house!!

今年はお花見いけてなかったけど、こんなにキレイな場所を毎日歩いているとお花見している気分になる♪
I didn't go hanami this year, but as I can see this view like everyday I feel like I'm doing hanami!!!

この桜のシーズンが日本の一番美しいシーズンなんじゃないかな！！
I think now is the most beautiful season in Japan!!!!

神様が造ってくれた最高の作品のひとつだね♪
One of God's best works ;)

今年の桜は例年に比べて白っぽいんだってね？なんでだろう？寒い時期が続いてたのが関係してるのかな？？
I heard that this year's cherry blossoms are whiter than the usual years. I don't know why, maybe because of the coldness?? (This March was a bit colder) 

今日は高校時代の同級生と中目黒でランチ！もうかれこれ３年ぶりくらいの再開！
Today I'm going to meet my friend from high school!!! Lunch at Nakameguro!!! It's first time to hang out with her in the last a couple of years!!!

中目黒といったら、超有名な桜並木があるんだってね！もうそろそろ散ってしまう頃だって聞いたからまだたくさん残ってるといいな！
Nakameguro is famous for its cherry blossoms, I heard. Hope I can see it coz it's almost the time for the sakura season to be end.

久々のガールズランチ、楽しんできます♪ I'm looking forward to the girls quority time :D

今日と明日のチャーチは、特別な週末になります！！！
This weekend's church is VERY SPECIAL!!!!!!

DIET!!! ダイエット！

昔の自分の写真を見てて、感じたことがいくつかある。
I was looking at some old photos of me and I realized of this.

どの写真と見比べても、いまの自分の方が断然輝いてるんだよね！！
I am so shining now compare to every single photos that are taken before I know God.

大変なこともあるけど、基本的に毎日楽しいって思えるし、超充実してる！昔に戻りたいって思わない！！
I love my life and I never want to go back to my past, even though I face on some difficulties...

ただひとつ昔に戻りたいと思うものがある、、、
BUT there's ONE thing what I want to get back.... that is....

それは体型。 MY BODY SHAPE.

ここ数年ですごくぽっちゃりしてしまった。。。
I've gained so much weight for the last several years....

神様がありのままの自分をそのまま愛してくれているのは知ってる。
けど、今後の健康のことも考えて、この体重増加だけはなんとかしたいな、と思っている。
I know that God still loves me even though I've got fat. But considering of my health, I feel like a strong need of losing my weight.. 

それで、本格的にダイエットのことを考え始めました！
So I started to think of diet seriously!!!

まずは自分がしなければいけないことを考えた。
So I considered of what I have to do at first.

自分が太ってしまった原因は食生活の乱れと運動不足。
体重と共に体脂肪率がすごく上がっちゃったので、食事制限と有酸素運動が必要なことがわかった。
After a quick research I realized that I gained so much weight because I haven't eaten properly and I haven't done any exercise at all for the last a couple of years. I need to control what I eat and some aerobic exercise to burn my fat.

また、たまに思いつきでいろいろやってみたはいいものの、その方法が正しくなかったりすぐやめてしまっていた。
だから常に自分にあった効果的な方法を取り入れることと、継続していくことかな。
Actually I tried some random diet thing sometimes, but I never keep them up and they were not really effective. I need to do something that really effect my body and continue until I can see the result.

まずは継続して体を動かす癖をつけるために、少し前から５分間ずつエクササイズをはじめた。
Recently I started easy exercise for 5mins everyday to let myself ready to exercise.

今日は昔買ったダイエット本を読み返して、今後のプランを考えた。
Today I read some book that I bought ages ago to think for my diet plan.

ちょっと知恵も得て、前進できそうなかんじ！食生活もこれから改善していこうとおもう！
I got some wisdom so I feel like I can go forward now!! I will try hard to change my eating style!!!

聖書の話を元に考案されている、Daniel's Diet というのもあるんだけど、これもやってみようと思ってます！
I will also try Daniel's Diet again. This is originated from the Bible and when I tried before I worked well!

Daniel's Diet（ダニエルズダイエット）：

旧約聖書に出てくる Daniel（ダニエル）が実際に行ったことを元にしたデトックス方法。１０日間、肉や魚や乳製品などを一切食べないで、野菜やナッツやフルーツのみの食事を１日３～５回続けることで、体内のデトックス効果や減量効果や、体質改善効果が望めるそうです。
（Philip Bridgeman 著書『The 10-Day Detox & Weight Loss Plan』より）

Originated from the book of Daniel in the Old Testament. What we do is to cut all the meats (beef, pork, chicken etc..) , fishes, and any daily products (such as milk, yogurt, cheese etc..). We can have ONLY vegetables, nuts and fruits. As we continue to eat them for 10days, 3-5times/day, We can expect the result for overcoming some health problems (such as hypoglycemia or cancer or other diseases) and for losing weight!!!

高校生のころすごくダイエットがんばってた時期があって、３ヶ月で７Kg落とした経験がある。
しかもお金を全くかけないで！だから本気になれば絶対できる！
When I was in high school, I was really trying hard for diet, and I lost 7Kg for 3month without spending any money. So I think I can succeed for my diet again!!!

神様からもらった体、大事にしたいし、もっともっと自分磨きしていきたいし！
My body is given from God, I want to take care of it and polish myself more!!

ということで、これから本気でがんばっていきたいと思います！！
So, I'm serious now!!!! I'll do my best!!!

これから夏に向けて、ダイエットがんばろうと思ってるみんな、一緒にがんばろうね！
If there's someone who also wants to start diet....let's try our best together!!

What is Easter?? イースターって何？

みなさんは、イースターということばを聞いたことがありますか？

イースターというのは復活祭とも呼ばれる。これはクリスチャンにとっては最も重要なお祝い事で、十字架にかけられて死んだイエス・キリストが３日目によみがえったことを祝う日のことなのです☆
Easter is the day we celebrate Christ's Resurrection. This is the most important feast for Christians. 

イースターは祝日が決まっていません。基本的に『春分の日の後の最初の満月の次の日曜日』にお祝いします。それは、イエスが復活したのが日曜日だったからなんだ！
We celebrate Easter on the first Sunday following the first ecclesiastical full moon because Jesus rose again from the dead on Sunday!

死んだ人がよみがえるなんて、そんなことありえるわけがない！！と思うよね。
How makes it possible?? the dead person raise again......that is the question.

しかし、イエスは地上に必要とされたから、よみがえった。奇跡を伝えるために。
Actually Jesus rose again from the dead to tell what people has looking for. The world needed him to change the nation.

記録には少なくても５００人以上の人が復活後のイエスキリストに会っているとされているんだ！その中には、新約聖書に収められている多くの手紙を書いたパウロもいたんだ。
History records there were more than 500 people who met Jesus after His Resurrection. Paul, who wrote of the letters of the New Testament was also the one of them.

パウロはもともと、クリスチャンを迫害していた。そんな彼が回心してクリスチャンになるきっかけとなったのがイエスの復活。彼はその目でしっかりと、よみがえったイエスの姿をみたんだ。
Paul used to persecute Christians, but converted to Christianity because of a revelation from Jesus. He saw Jesus with his eyes and became a witness for Jesus' Resurrection.

－ イースターにはどんなことをしてお祝いするの？？
－ What do people do at Easter time???

イースターにはクリスマス同様、家族とごちそうを食べてお祝いします！
Traditionally, we have a feast with our family, the same as we do at Christmas.

そして、イースターの風習として最も有名なものがイースター・エッグ！
And the most famous Easter tradition......EASTER EGG!!!

これは殻に鮮やかな彩色を施したり、美しい包装をしたゆで卵をだす習慣のことです！
また、エッグハント（卵狩り）やエッグロール（卵ころがし）といった遊びもあります☆
We paint or decorate on the egg shell. And we have games for children such as Easter-Egg hunts and Egg-rolls.

なぜたまごなのかというと、もともとヒナが卵から生まれることをイエスが墓から出て復活したことを結びつけたものといわれているからなのだ！
Why the eggs???-we unite the chick's birth and Jesus' Resurrection from the grave: egg are the symbol for Jesus' Resurrection!!

最近ではたまごの形をしたチョコレートも広く用いられてるよね！今はいろんな種類のチョコレートがあって、食べるのもたのしいよね♪
Recently we have a chocolate shaped of eggs. It's so fun to collect and eat egg chocolates!

－ しかし一体、どうしてイエスは十字架で死んだのだろう。
－ Somehow, why did Jesus die on the cross?

それは、わたしたちの犯したあやまちや罪を変わりに身にまとったからなんだ。
That's because of our sins. Jesus took over our sins and died on the cross, showing his great love.

イエスが私たちの悪いものを全て変わりに背負って自ら一緒に十字架にかかったから、罪は許されたの。同時に、罪を全て明け渡した私たちは昔の自分とは違うキレイな人間として生まれ変わることができたの。
Because Jesus died on the cross with our sins, our sins are forgiven. And we could be born again as a pure, clean human beings.

だから、イエスを信じる人は誰もが許されて天国にいけるんだ！
So when we give our life to Jesus, he forgives all our sins, and we can go to Heaven  to be with God eternity! 

まだまだクリスマスに比べて認知度が浅いこのイースター。今年はジーザス（イエス）の記念すべき復活祭を、ジーザスライフハウスでお祝いしませんか☆？！

いつも読んでくれてありがとう！

人生が変えられる場所！

昨日、私の元同僚が初めてチャーチにきてくれたんだ！
On Sunday, my ex-coworker came to church for the first time!!!

久しぶりに会っていろんな話をする中で、自分がチャーチに通うようになってもう３年半たったことに気がついた！
For that was first time in the last a couple of months so we talked a lot. And I realized that it's been almost 3.5years since I came to Jesus Lifehouse!

もう３年半？いや、まだ３年半・・？ Already.....or still 3 and a half years?

2005年12月、チャーチに通い始めてまもなくのころ。
December 2005, Just after I started to go to church.

この３年半で学んだこと、変わったこと。
Things that has been changed/learnt through the last 3.5years.

自分に自信をもって、オープンになること。
Being secure - being open to people.

人を愛して、ケアすること。
To love people and to be a caring person.

ひとつの場所に根付き、よいリーダーの下で成長すること。
Being planted to one place and being discipled from good leader.   

変わることを恐れない。常に前進し続けること。
Not to be afraid of changing. Keep going forward.

大きな変化、小さな変化たくさんあったけど、やっぱり一番の変化は本当の愛を知ることができたことかな。
I had some big changes and small changes, but I'd say that the biggest change was to be able to know the TRUE LOVE.

自分はひとりじゃないんだって知れたこと。自分は愛された存在で、この世に目的を持って生まれたことを知った。
I realized that I'm not alone. I'm so loved and I was born with a purpose.

そして信頼できる家族（血はつながってないけどね）がいっぱいできたこと。
And God gave me a big family and I got so many brothers/sisters in Christ.

2009年 2月、チャーチのみんなは家族！
February 2009, Church is a FAMILY!!!

この３年半の間に神様からたっくさんの愛を受け取って、過去のトラウマや心の傷が癒されてすごくポジティブになった。
For the last 3.5years I have received so much of love from God. I became so positive after my inside has been healed.

ちょうど洗礼を受ける一週間前に mixi に書いたこんな日記がある。
I was reading my old blog post on mixi so I'd like to share with you - this is written a week before I get baptized.

4/16　April 16, 2006

だんだんと生活が変わりつつある今日このごろ。
My life is changing little by little these days.

つい数ヶ月前まではどん底なくらい精神的に追いつめられていました。
I've been depressed like terrible until several months ago.

今はというと、そのころの自分が信じられないくらい心が癒されています。
But now my heart is unbelievably healed.

どんな小さな事にも幸せを感じられ、
I feel happy for the any little tiny thing,

何かにぶつかった時に発する言葉や考える事がものすごく前向きになった。
Even I face on some difficulties, the way I speak and the way I think is so positive now.

いつの間にかため息ばかりついていた２２歳は
キラキラまばゆいスーパー２２歳へと変身を遂げているのです。
I was a kind of girl, who used to sigh all the time, but now I am a super shining 22years old girl!!!

2006年 3月、クリスチャンになったけどまだ自分に自信がなかった時期。
この直後に神様の奇跡を体験し、常に神様を１番の優先順位におこうと決断する！
March 2006, I was a Christian already but was still insecure. Soon after I experienced the miracle of God and I decided to put him into my first priority!!

実は最近、２年近く付き合っていた専門（学校）時代の同級生と
別れたんですが、イイ意味で全く辛くありません。
Recently I ended up my relationship with my boyfriend who had been going out for nearly 2years. But I haven't been hurt from this matter at all.

相手の個性を尊重したいという気持ちと
お互いにもっと成長する為に必要な決断だったからかもしれません。
I needed to make that decision because it was the time for us to go to the next level and I wanted to respect his personality - he was looking at the totally different direction from me.

どこか満たされ切れない自分がいて、
Back in my past, I was always unsatisfied,

モノだったりお金だったり恋人だったり
いろんなものに依存することで安堵感を求めてみてはいたけれど
so I tried to fill my empty heart with the stuffs that I wanted, or money or  boyfriend but my heart was never fully filled in.

やっぱりどこか満たされきれなかった自分が
いま言葉では表現しきれないくらい満たされている。
But now, I am fulfilled with something that it's hard to describe in a word.

何かが自分の中で変わってきているのである。
Something is changing inside of me.

そんな人間として生きる上での最高の日々、
喜びに満ちた日々、まさにこれからなのです。
The best is yet to come.

2007年 10月、神様と共に成長する毎日！
October 2007, Growing everyday with God!!!

神様の愛が、私の心の穴を満たしてくれた。神様の言葉が、自分の本当の価値を教えてくれた！
God's filled my empty heart with full of his love. His word taught me how worthy I am.

2008年 6月！
June 2008!!

昔の私と同じように、心の隙間を埋めるための「何か」を探している人に伝えたい・・・・
I want to tell someone who are seeking for something to fill your heart.......

答えは神様の中にあります！
There's an answer in God!!!

2009年 3月、神様のプランに超わくわく！
March 2009, Super excited for the God's plans that he has for me!!!

神様って何？？って思っている人。 For those who is wondering "Who is God?"

ぜひうちのチャーチにきてみてほしい！愛に満ち溢れた場所で愛で満たされた仲間とともに過ごしていくうちに、その探している「何か」が見つかるから！！

EASTER SERVICE!!!!!!!

イースターはクリスチャンにとってクリスマスよりも重要なお祝いの日！場所はいつもの自転車会館で、土曜・日曜ともに同じ時間から！！
Easter is the day which is more important than Christmas for Christians. We are celebrating Easter at the same venue at the same time as usual!!!

ドラマ・ダンスパフォーマンスなどスペシャルプログラムを用意しています！ミュージックもいつものワーシップに加えてスペシャルソングもやります！！！
We will have special programs such as drama(play), dance performance and special music with JLH band!! We have usual worship songs as well!!! 

いつも以上に盛り上がります！イースターの本当の意味を知っている人もそうでない人も、ぜひきてね！！！
It's going to be a BIG WEEKEND!!!!! Don't care if you know about Easter or not, just come along!!!!!

Vision for great marrige!! 結婚に対するヴィジョン！

２週間ほど前に、JLH Osaka のパスターのルークと、いずみの結婚式があった☆

ルークは数年前、東京のJLHにチームメンバーとして約１年半仕えていた。
その後オーストラリアに戻り、２００７年の１２月、大阪にチャーチをたてあげるために再び来日した。

いずみは日本で生まれ、その後家族でオーストラリアに引っ越してシドニーで育つ。
日本で仕事をするために東京に戻ってきて、JLHに通い始め、通訳、ワーシップチームなどたくさんの分野で活躍していたんだ！

二人とも神様を１番に愛していて、もちろんお互いを心から愛し合っていて、そして人々をこよなく愛しているすばらしいリーダー。

そんな二人をお祝いしようと、日本各地から、オーストラリアからたくさんの人が式場に集まった。

愛で満ち溢れていて、温かくて、本当に素晴らしい結婚式だった！

よく世間では「結婚は人生の墓場」だなんて言われているけど、クリスチャンの結婚生活は全く違う。

もっとお互いに近くなれるし、もっと愛し合えるようになる。
それは、自分よりも相手よりもまず神様を一番の優先順位におき、恋人時代を正しい形ですごすから。

チャーチにいると、結婚したカップルが毎週どんどん輝いていくのを見ることができる。

嬉しい事も悲しいことも、楽しいこともつらいこともみんな共有しながら成長していく姿を見ていると、結婚したことのない私でも結婚は最高なんだろうな～って思う。

そして最高に祝福されているみんなの姿を見ていると・・・

んんん～～私も早く結婚したい～って思う！（笑）

・・・まぁ、でもまずはそのときが来るまでしっかりと自分を整えて待たなきゃね！！

チャーチには模範のカップルがいっぱい！

神様が私たちひとりひとりにぴったりな相手を用意してくれていて、ベストなタイミングで引き合わせてくれる。
遅いようにも早いようにも感じるかもしれないけれど、それが一番よいタイミング。

もしかしたらもうその相手に出会っているかもしれない。はたまたこれから出会うのかもしれない。

神様が２人をパートナーとして引き合わせてくれるその日が来るまで、シングルの時間を思いっきり楽しんで、内側も外側も磨いていこう！
